Our Team

Kai Au-Yeung (DipPM, B.Eng), Director

With over 12 years as a construction engineering professional, Kai excels in delivering complex civil infrastructure projects. Leading diverse teams, he has successfully managed various aspects including civil structures, earthworks, pavements, drainage, utility infrastructure, and traffic management. Kai's leadership, communication skills, and commitment to excellence drive his success.

Kai has a proven track record of delivering major transport infrastructure projects for Tier 1 industry leaders such as Baulderstone, Lendlease, and CPB / John Holland Joint Venture. Notably, he played a pivotal role as Senior Project Engineer on the West Gate Tunnel Project, in Melbourne, Australia, overseeing a team to deliver over $150M of scope.

In addition to his accomplishments in large-scale infrastructure, Kai has diversified his experience by overseeing multiple land subdivision projects from conception to development application approval, through to sales and completion.

Kai holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng), with majors in Civil and Construction as well as Civil Infrastructure from QUT, Brisbane. Additionally, he possesses a Diploma in Project Management (Dip.PM) from the Australian Institute of Management.
